FEAR

According to Mr. Graham Moore during a Leadership Challenge workshop several years ago, it has been statistically (among other dimensions) that the main barrier for human success is #FEAR. Actually it comes number one on top of the list of other barriers continuously across multiple and periodic surveys, assessments and other statistical methods.

Moreover, when they dig more by asking “what do you fear the most?”; they found it to be: #Public_Speaking!

#FEAR for me is an emotion that has a unique definition for every person as I’ve learnt recently during this #2020 year. Because until around 18 months ago; i had defined #FEAR using “External” information, factors and definitions like ones in my introduction above!

So, when I stepped into the unknown 18 months ago, after a long known predictable successful 12+ career; with an idea in my mind that I know a lot about #fear; I started to realize that the more i moved on into the “Unknown” the more I started to have new unclear, undefined and uncomfortable new feelings! I’ve also realized my own new definition of #fear which I’ve reached in the last stage of the 3 stages I believe that I’ve been through:

  • The Uncomfortable-ness:

Very uncomfortable times full of self-questioning, doubt and questions like “Is it the right time?” “Is it realistic?” “What about the Bad Economy?” and so on. These questions are both inside me and heard from all over around me.

  • The Willingness to Retreat:

Here it became very logical to say: OK, I’ve tried the unknown and now I’ve good experience on handling it so, why don’t I go back stronger and more experienced to do what I do greatly the most and to have better elevated bright career based on what I’ve learned during this journey into the unknown. Because of course, now I’m much better and stronger than those people, friends and old colleagues whom had never experienced the “Unknown”.

Now dear reader; you know another definition for the “Comfort Zone” which is the paragraph above which is full of words trying to “Escape” and “Deny” the clear definition of the “Comfort Zone” by mixing a lot of words together to confuse yourself and may be others around you too.

  • The Pass-Through:

Suddenly, sitting with myself (which I did a lot during the whole period) while treating myself like someone I really care about (Thanks to the teachings of #JordanPeterson); I re-calibrated my vision, mission and objectives and re-imagined my future state of success. Actually, I’ve remembered it because during the previous two stages; a lot of fog was hindering my vision to the degree that it had been many weeks and months without the ability to continuously put it in front of me as part of my daily routines of “Crystal Clarifying Intention” while mediating which is another great teaching from #JoeDispenza (during the comfort zone stage by the way).

My conclusion: EMBRACE THE UNKNOWN. YOUR TIME LIVING THE PREDICTABLE AND WELL KNOWN IS OVER. START NOW. CONQUER YOUR FEAR AND TURN IT INTO THE GREATEST GREEN ENERGY OF CREATING YOUR GREENER NEW SELF.

And while you’re doing that, ENJOY the chemicals reactions inside your body. Because they’re your fuel in the journey of success.

Enjoy the Unknown.
